Where is the quest objective for the Hutt Hospitality quest located?

Hutt Hospitality is listed as a flashpoint quest, but does not give any specifics as to where it's at or if you need a group for it.

It's an operation quest (so you need a group of 8 at least), the entrance is next to the mission terminal on the Mission Deck of Ziost Shadow (on the imperial side, that is).
